Speak Up Diversity is the commercial arm of Inclusive Equal Rights UK 3.0. It was founded by Haddy Njie with a fundamental mission to tackle the root causes of the escalating rate of discrimination and structural racism in the City of York. A passionate strategist, Haddy combined her strong relationship building, leadership and community engagement attributes to gain overwhelming endorsement of the anti-racism work from organisations, communities and political party councillors; resulting to the continued success of the mission of addressing discrimination and inequalities. Speak Up Diversity has now been transitioned to work with businesses committed on their diversity and equity goals.
Haddy has an impressive 15 year career in enterprise risk management. Her commitment to drive equity and diversity at her workplaces cemented her belief that businesses have a pivotal role to solve disparities which has knock-on effects at societal and global levels.
We are a group of diverse and dynamic experts in the field of Diversity and Equity. Our team of partners include expertise in inclusive recruitment and retainment, equitable procurement, and strategists to work with you on setting achievable targets in an age of rapid digital advancements.
Our services go beyond the traditional and siloed offering. Our Diversity, Equity and Fairness Model (DEFM) takes a holistic view and can cover your entire ecosystem to make sure we support your efforts in achieving a diverse and equitable culture.
