Our Goal to Eradicate Workplace Discrimination (GEWD)
We all want to show up as our best selves and perform to our full potential in the workplace and not worry about how we will be treated based on background or cultural differences.
Our mission is to end workplace discrimination. We provide the necessary help and support to those that experience discrimination.
Often, many of us are afraid to speak up about our experiences and take the appropriate steps to hold perpetrators to account, fearing the risk of repercussions.
We want to help end this.
3% of our profits goes towards GEWD.
In 2023, “25% of those discriminated against did not feel comfortable reporting it.

Our GEWD initiative has afforded us with pro bono counsellors who will provide support to the victims. They will make sure the victims receive the necessary support to ensuring their well-being and self-esteem are not affected.
We also have other experts that will provide free advice to victims on relevant processes and steps to take to make sure the right thing is achieved and hold those responsible to account.
